The writer, Deborah Skolnik, started a diet plan called Fresh Diet, a food delivery service that has planned out food for the week. After the third day, Deborah was hungry and worried about there not being enough food. All she had to do was find the right snacks and adjusted her portion sizes.
Dr Rebecca states, “Beans are high in both fiber and protein, which can keep you satisfied longer”. Dr Rebecca then recommended a snack idea. Puree your favorite type of bean(s) with lemon juice, olive oil and spices and serving it as a dip with sliced veggies. What a wonderful idea and it sounds delicious!
